The Titan Explosion Proof Certified Camera PTZ DSS 36x camera now has been officially certified as Intrinsically Safe. The Titan is designed and proved to be explosion proof, accredited by CNEx/CQST (China National Quality Supervision and Test Center for explosion Protected Electrical Products), the legal professional testing and certification body in Explosion safety test, verification and approval.
CNEX/CQST is an IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission Scheme for certification to standards for Explosive Atmospheres) testing laboratory in accordance with the IECEx scheme rules and procedures. And the lab is also authorized by Department of Energy of USA for NVLAP, and accredited by CNAL (China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories) and CCS (China Classification Society).
CQST signed the mutual acceptance and/or mutual understanding agreement with the laboratories such as UL(USA), PTB(Germany), NEMKO(Norway), FMRC(USA), TESTSAFE(Australia), LCIE(France), CCVE(Russia), CSA (Canada), BASEEFA(UK) and so on. (Agreement photocopies are available on request). The US Military is using these cameras in IRAQ and other places. GSA purchasing available.

DVR Security Systems Group Ltd. announced today that The “Titan” PTZ camera has been certified explosion proof. The IECx Testing Laboratory has certified the DVR Security Systems Group Ltd. USA’s DSS-TN612 Series Titan Speed Dome Camera indicating that it is designed and proven to be explosion proof, accredited by CNEX/CQST (China National Quality Supervision and Test Center for Explosion Proof Electrical Products). CNEX/CQST is the legal professional testing and certification body for Explosion safety testing, verification and approval. CQST has agreements with laboratories worldwide which includes the following: UL(USA), PTB (Germany), NEMKO (Norway), FMRC (USA), TESTSAFE (Australia), LCIE (France), CCVE (Russia) CSA (Canada), BASEEFA (UK) and more.

In addition to the EXPLOSION PROOF camera certification, DVR Security Systems Group Ltd. USA also announced the release of 36 X Optical Zoom modules for their popular PTZ speed dome cameras. Both The TITAN and standard PTZ’s from DVR Security Systems Group Ltd. now have the added feature of a 36X optical zoom factor.
